With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry D. Sawyer (Emmett, Idaho), who passed away on April 7, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sawyer and Laura Sawyer; and his siblings, Chuck, Duane, Darrell, Wendell and Helen Sawyer Mayer.

He is survived by: his wife Millie Shaw; his children, Mike Sawyer and Lorie Sawyer Pointer; his grandchildren, Matt Sawyer, Nicholas Kelly and Sarah Turner (Pointer); and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Jet Turner.

Larry generously helped many throughout the Emmett Valley and beyond by providing donations, support for youth in sports and 4-H, snow removal, and in more ways than we will ever know.
