He is survived by: his father Terry Johnston; his daughter Sunny Chapman; his mother Tracy Johnston; his grandparents, Shirley Walters and Edward Johnston (Jan); his sister Caitlyn Calvarese (Ryan); his nieces, Scarlett and Violet Calvarese; his uncle David Johnston (Lisa); his cousin Sandra Johnston; his stepmother Lorna Wilkie; his stepsiblings, James Martini and Allison Martini; and his friends, Levi, Wyatt, Kate and Taylor. He is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles in his extended family.
