He was predeceased by: his parents, John Earl Leroy Spicer and Ruby Dale Spicer. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruben Dale Spicer, Samuel Lewis Gene Spicer, Earline Reed and Tommy Paul Spicer; his wife Josephine May Spicer; his daughter Melody Spicer-Jackson; his granddaughter Crystal; his daughter Lena Regina Spicer; his grandsons, Richard and Roland; his daughter Sheila Spicer Meenan; his grandchildren, Earl, Sarah and Josh; and his siblings, Harold Merle Spicer, Lonnie Ray Spicer, Ruby Mirine Spicer and Diane Roth.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Life Celebration Church (1809 S Substation Rd, Emmett, ID 83617).
