He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Pierce; his aunt Irene Wade; and his uncle Fred. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Holmes-Pierce; his daughter Sharon Pierce; his grandchildren, Darien and Destiny; his son John J Pierce (Granddaughter-Paris); and his stepchildren, Susan Hebel-Whitney and Jim Whitney. He is also survived by sister, many cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
