She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Gene Paulsen (Sartain) and Raymond John Paulsen Sr.; her husband Jimmy Clayton Hayes; and her son Jeffrey Lee Hayes. She is survived by: her brothers, RJ Pauslen Jr. Odessa (Byrlene) and David Paulsen (Betty); her children, Leann Hayes, Karol Burlile (Casey), Karri Revels (Jim) and Jamie Hayes (Amy); and her grandchildren, Jason Wall of Konawa, OK, Chris Wall, Coty Hayes, Blakelee Hayes, Clayton Hayes, Justin Hayes (Jessica), Miranda Pulley (Travis), Shelby Burlile, Vinita, SaraBeth Hayes (Justin), Johnathan Hayes, Nicole Hayes, Presleigh Hayes, Jolee Revels, Joshua Revels and Ada. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
