He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Jackson and Georgia Martha Pulley (Sullivan); his wife Donna Pulley; his son-in-law Evan Hardman; and his brothers, Robert and Dennis Pulley.
He is survived by: his children, Rob Pulley (Lenore) of Nampa, Shanna Hardman, Toni Pulley and David Pulley (Lori) of Emmett; and his siblings, Charlotte Moore of California and Greg Pulley of Emmett. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
