She was predeceased by: her parents, John Almus and Mary Jo Maxwell; her brother John Allen Maxwell; and her stepbrother Jack Pipkin. She is survived by: her son Jason Almus Knowles; her husband George C. Jones; her daughter Mary Heather Knowles; her granddaughter Riley Ann Knowles; her stepchildren, Andrea Jones, Christopher Jones (Lisa), Sabrina Hassell (Kris) and Jennifer Jones; her stepgrandchildren, Damian, Crystal, Gino, Josh, Christian, Kyler, Kristopher Jr., Megan, Brock and Kaitlyn; her stepgreat-grandson Emerson; and her nephews, John Almus, Cody Alexander Maxwell and Charley.
