She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Hartley and Melissa DeGraw Hartley; and her children, Paula and Mitchell. She is survived by: her son Michael; and her children-in-law, Lori and John M. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, a brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
