He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maggie Sweeney and Lawrence Sweeney; his former wife Louise Sexton; his wife Billie; his children, Eilene Sweeney, Karen Lockwood, Herbert Sweeney, Jr. (Joy) and Alan Sweeney; and his close friend Maxine Johnson. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
