She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clinton Palmer and Gertude Grace Abbott Palmer; her children, Roy Lowell Judd and Marlene Marie Lance; and her husband Lowell B Nosker.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Marie Garcia, Carla Jean Judd (late Roy Judd), Inez Verna Trujillo and Marsha Ann Petersen-Stump (Arley Leroy Stump). She is also survived by 40 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
