She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Hembree and Karen Hembree; her grandson Steve Smith; her brother Bill Evans; her cousin Donna Rose Price (Darrell); and her nieces and nephews, Sheryl Carabba (Tony), LeAnn Hembree, Jody Adams, Julie Williams, David Hembree (Mary Ann) and Steve Evans.
