We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2020, at the age of 82, Dixie Stroud (Emmett, Idaho) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marjorie Howell and Harry Howell; her husband Jim; her daughter Randi (Pete); her grandchildren, Lauryn (Kevin) and Joshua (Mariel); and her great grandchildren, Ella and Taylor.
