She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Sanders Welch and Erma Edison Welch. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Pearce (Mitch), DarNell Haskell (David) and Danene Youngblood (Jesse); her siblings, Karen Coller, Jerry Welch (Teresa), Vaughn Stump (Debbie) and Terry Stump (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Camron, Rachel, Amre, Addi, Isaiah, Janie, Jaden, Justin, Taylor and Kaylee.
In lieu of flowers, Dee has requested that donations be made to the St. Jude's Children Hospital or the Heritage Christian Church of Emmett.
