With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Draper (Emmett, Idaho), who passed away on July 13, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Draper and Agnes Hill Draper.
