He is survived by: his wife Andrea (Andi); his daughters, Sarah, Emily (Sydney) and Caldwell; his parents, Michael Peck and Christine Peck of Eagle; his brother Christopher; his sister-in-law Michelle; his nieces, Alexandra and Sophia; his nephew Ethan of Nampa; his aunt Catherine Seamons; his uncle Kit Hartwell; and his friends, Ron, Jeff Flechsig, Jeff Munn, Sean McDonald and Robert Hopkins.
His dedication and contributions to those patients' showed his compassion and heart to those in need of eliminating their ailments.
