She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wayne Harkins and Laurel Harkins; her husband Norman Powell; her daughter Diane; her sisters, Shirley Barrett and Kay Tepolt; her daughters, Susie Jewell and Amy Powell; her grandchildren, Jennifer Jewell, Jacob Bennett, Monica Sayer and Madeleine Bennett; and her great grandchildren, Luke Sayer, Rob Sayer and Natalie Wilde.
In lieu of flowers and in her words "Be a Blessing to Someone Today" Graveside service: Sat. May 1, 2021 @ 1:00 pm at Rock Creek Veterans Cemetery, located 5 miles south of Hansen, in Twin Falls County, Idaho.
