He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Phillips and Mildred Phillips; and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Andrea, Jodi, Jami, Bryan and Colin; and his siblings, Allen, Art, Sharon and Ardis. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
