He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe McKinney and Mary McKinney; and his brothers, Herbert (Herby) and Len McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rohrbacher (Schuh); his daughter Becky; his father-in-law Ray Rohrbacher; his children, Raymond Guy McKinney (Valerie) of Seeley Lake, Montana and Rebecca Jean Church (Jason) of Kaneohe, Hawaii; and his siblings, Larry McKinney (Shirley), Vern McKinney (Carol), Mary Lee Blackford, Judy McCaulou (Harry) and Sue Shekenis (Stan). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and five step- great grandchildren.
