William Milligan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2021, at the age of 95, William Milligan of Driggs, Idaho, born in Stockton, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Milligan and Juliet Milligan (Thatcher); his sister Wilma; his spouse Tom; his children, Tim (Kris), Tami (Mike DeGrosky) and Kelly (David Susong); his granddaughters, Megan O'Brien and Katie Susong; and his sons, Russell, Tyler Kennedy and Casey Milligan.

I believe that in 2020, Tom fought so hard to not get COVID19 and to defeat Trump that once Biden was inaugurated and he got his vaccine in April he was just tiered of fighting.
