He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Thomas Bloxham and Elsie Henderson Bloxham; his children, Brenda Hunt (Steven), Butch Bloxham (Denise), Jean Buhl (Gary), Pam Moceika (John), Helen Lusk (Dave), Betty Burton (John), Connie Petersen (Brad), Lois Ann Post (Kevin) and David Bloxham (Cami); his great grandchild Stetson; and his brother Merl Bloxham. He was also cherished by 9 children, 39 grandchildren, 91 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, he wanted any donations sent to Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake City.
