He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Wheeler Smith; his wife Cathy Hall; his pet Jade; his children, Dennis Hall (Tracy), Kelli Holbrook (Eric), Chris Hall (April), Chloe Deschamps (John) and Kaila Hall (Zac); and his siblings, Dennis Hall (Lana), Brad Hall (Denice), Christina Pfiefer, Gina Otteson, Cindy Gleed, Sheila Hall, Andrea Hall and Jackie Pechin (John). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
