He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bowman and Ceciel Anderson Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Illona Allred; and his children, Annick Downhower, Stacy Kossman (Mike) and Brian Bowman (Jennie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
