He is survived by: his significant other Gaylord Phillips; his grandchildren, Blake, Trent, Kenny, Tara, Dee, Stetson, Brooklyn, Peyton, Rhett, Jesse, Kenlie, Jaxson, Jett, Dixie and Carter; his wife Dixie; and his daughters, Tamara Lynn Estes of Declo and Melody Ann Davis (Russ) of Alturas, California. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
