He is survived by: his significant other Norma; his siblings, Eddy Kelsey (Valerie) of Declo, Debra Hammond (Rodney) of Burley, Bret Kelsey (Rachel) of Declo, Ronnie Kelsey of Declo and Bart Kelsey (Tina) of Eagle River, Alaska; and his sister-in-law Karen Kelsey.
