He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin David and Irene Susan Haskell (Surrage); and his brother Danny Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Haskell of Declo; his children, Leland (Sheila), Kristine (Kenny) and Jeff (Angie); his stepsons, Paul Bell, Travis Bell, Robert Bell (Sammy), Jason Musick (Jessica) and Ty Clark (Whitney); and his siblings, Betty Davies, Clarence Phillips Jr. (Julie), Ida Wilkinson (Vern) and JoAnn Hurst. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
