He was predeceased by: his brothers, Paul Kelsey and Lynn Kelsey; his daughter Jamie Thomas; his grandchildren, Reannon Lively Asher and Bellamy Anderson; and his nephew William Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Lee Kelsey; his daughters, Jeanine, Reannon Kelsey and Amy Fullmer; and his siblings, Edi (Valerie Kelsey), Bart (Tina Kelsey), Ronnie Kelsey and Deborah. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
