She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Kurtzbein and Frances Kurtzbein (Folk); her daughter Beth M. Krum; and her siblings, Ardell Collins, Robert Kurtzbein, Al Kurtzbein and Jack Kurtzbein.
She is survived by: her children, Lori J. Barker (Jack), Kelli A. Carneiro and John D. "J. D."; her sisters, Diane Wadsworth (Allen) of Spencer, IA and Karen Matthews of Walla Walla, WA.; her grandchildren, Michael Campagna, Jessica O, Haylee Krum, Mackenzee Krum, Kyler Carneiro, Shelby Carneiro, Chase Russell, Morgan KIawitter, Bailey Klawitter, Shelby Barker, Ryan Barker and Kymberlee Barker; and her great grandchildren, Lance Campagna, Kennedy Campagna, Amber O, Ashlynn O, Allison "Ali" O'Brien, Aliyah Cortez, Amelia Collins and Adelynn Collins. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
