He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wally, Jean Forest, Jack and Mabel McGinnis. He is survived by: his father Jackie Forest; his wife Sarah Jane; his siblings, Grant (Emily) and Karen; his brother-in-law Vince Blanchette; his friends, Bill Oswald and Aaron; and his caregiver Aaron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Companions Animal Center (formerly the Kootenai Humane Society) in Aaron's memory.
