She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orville Tidwell and Iva Mae Burlingame Jan; her husband Robert Ray Riggers; her children, Susan Krueger (Tim) of Clarkston, Roger Riggers (Sandy) of Craigmont, Janice Silvers (Gary) of Spokane and Jim Riggers (Alia) of Winchester; her great grandchildren, Dr. Heather Silvers, Timothy Jr., Dr. Suzanne Krueger (Bartel), Eric Silvers, Cole, Briana Riggers (Ousnamer), Candice and Joel Sjogren; and her pet Keeton.
