She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Mildred and LaVar K. Hoff; her brothers, DeOrr, Clair and David; and her close friend Anna Mirada.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Oren Nate; her children, Jeff (Tani), Janet (Robert) and Todd (Nikki); her grandchildren, Brooke (Luis), Lexi, Rian, Bailey, Cami, Paisley, Audrie, Amelia and Dexter; and her siblings, Lonnie (Felicia), Larry (Penny), Rick (Jill), Doyle (Kathy), Dwight and Cathey. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.
Even when Alzheimer's and Dementia took her memory, it was never able to steal her music. She and Larry were a part of "The Gleeful Choir," a beautiful group consisting of singers with Alzheimer's and Dementia and their caregivers.
