He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hayes and Genevieve Hayes; and his sisters, Kelly and Robin. He is survived by: his former spouse Michael; his wife Sherry; his children, Michael and Stephenie; his son-in-law Michael; and his grandson Logan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
