Ronald Allen Rhodes Obituary

Ronald Allen Rhodes passed away peacefully September 8, 2022 at Hospice House in Coeur d’ Alene ID. Ron was 75 years old.
He lost a long battle with heart failure and cancer.
Ron was born December 27, 1946 to Marion and Norma Jean Rhodes in Nampa ID.
Ron graduated from Twin Falls High School. He graduated from Idaho State University with a bachelors degree in science and medical technology.
Ron was the Director of Laboratory Services at Kootenai Medical Center 1975 retiring in 2013.
Ron met Eileen Young at KMC and they were married May 26, 1979.
Rons most important time was being at home with family and their dogs.
His hobbies included reading, oil painting, computer time, watching educational programs, hiking, camping and yearly trips to the Oregon Coast. His favorite place was visiting different areas of Hawaii.
Ron is survived by Eileen his loving wife of 43 years, their son Christopher, his daughter Jenni and husband Carlos, his son Jeff ; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; sister Jeana and brother Mike.
A very special thank you to all the wonderful staff at Hospice of North Idaho, particularly his hospice nurse Dave for helping us through such a difficult time.
Ron has requested no services.
