He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Hazelton and Emma Hazelton (Gwen); and his son Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Russell; his sons, Russell (Joanne) of Coeur d' Alene, Robert (Dee) of Kalispell, Montana and Richard (Tami) of Rathdrum; his brother Rod; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Hazelton of Hayden, Penny Russell of Coeur d' Alene and Judy Krum of Post Falls.
