He is survived by: his pet Indy; his wife Toddy; his son Dustin Kloos; his stepchildren, Joshua Lewis and Laurie Coats; his grandchildren, Braedon, Tiana, Carter, Jaxon, Lincoln and McKinley; and his great grandchild Weston.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mike's memory to the Schneidmiller Hospice House.
