She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Deaton, Jr. and Ruth Naomi Deaton (Schmidt); and her daughter-in-law Debra Tiemeier Snodgrass. She is survived by: her sons, Rod Snodgrass Deaton (Julie) and Darren Snodgrass (Deborah); her sisters, Juanita Lovlyn (Ron), Alberta and Alene; and her grandchildren, James Snodgrass (Ginny), Justin Snodgrass, Abigail Shetler (Jacob), Rebekah Fleming (Dalton), Elizabeth Wilson (Ross) and Joseph Deaton.
