He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Slife and Goldie Slife; his sister Beverly Poirier; and his son Steven Anthony Slife. He is survived by: his significant other Darlene D. Prater; his niece Debbie Bradley Daw; and his nephews, Robert Lee Bradley and Terry Palmer.
