It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Halliday-Millsap of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ingalls and Eugene Ingalls (Bruce Halliday); her son Steve Halliday; and her brother Tim Ingalls. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Alan Halliday; her sons, Steven Bruce Halliday and Duane; her daughter-in-law Jan Halliday; her stepchildren, Sam Millsap and Cheri Millsap; her brother Don Ingalls (Jill); her grandchildren, Connor Halliday, Skye Halliday-Wilson (Marquess), Chloe Halliday, Alexa Halliday, Capriel Halliday, Ryan Odegaard, Jordyn Odegaard and Hailey Millsap; and also Duane Richard Halliday.
