She is survived by: her husband Salomon Lopez; her children, Jacqualine Smith, Annalisa Gruber and William Lopez; her mother Janet Voorhees; her siblings, Jeff (Brenda Smith) and Julie (Darrin Murphey); her stepsisters, Diane Loeffler and Anita Jackson; her aunt Rosemary Ferrie; and her uncles, Dan Miller, Steve Miller and Peter Erbland. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
