With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Jenell Klippstein (Coeur d'Alene, Idaho), born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on February 29, 2024 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Jenell Klippstein to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Daniel Wisehaupt and Elda Emma; her sisters, Gwen and Lela; her former husband Robert Gillum; her children, Robert, Ronald (Robert Klippstein), Thomas, Donna, Karen, Kimberly and Teri; and her husband Robert Klippstein. She was also cherished by her children, ten grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family asks that you donate to the Arbor Day Foundation in order to replace some of the hundreds of trees that gave their lives to support Jean's prolific letter writing over the years; letters filled with the details of her days; meals out, (including costs and tips!), weekly weather reports, play by plays of 'Hot Dog Days' in Clear Lake, and much more.
