He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Polikoff; his stepchild Tova; his son Jay L. Clendenin; his daughter-in-law Nancy Pastor; his granddaughter Tess; his daughter Mari Wilson; his sister Patti Stewart; his brother-in-law Bruce Stewart; and his friend Brad Finney.
