He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Wilcox; and his son Howard Wilcox Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Tarice Wilcox; his children, Erin Sanborn (Eric) of Post Falls, ID, Cheryl Yearout (Jeff) of St. Maries, ID and Andrew Slatch of Spokane, WA; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Abigail, Avery and Trent.
