With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Jane Church of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, born in Radville, Saskatchewan, who passed away on April 26, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Bill Church; her parents, Alvin Hodgins and Luella Hodgins; and her brothers, Don and Mervin Hodgins.
She is survived by: her sisters, Phyllis Slater of Saskatchewan and Dorothy Shumlich of Alberta. She is also survived by her daughters, 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
