She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Webster and Sibyl Webster; her husband David Winey; her children, Rick Sweeney and Vickie Eagle; and her grandchildren, Roger Sweeney, Rodney Sweeney, Traci Clark, Rusty Eagle and Tambi Eagle. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
She was also involved in the P.E.O. Foundation.
