It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Clifton Walters (Coeur d'Alene, Idaho), born in Dickinson, North Dakota, who passed away on October 19, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Walters and Violet Walters (Schaal); his sister Kathy Hollar (Dave); and his brothers-in-law, Dave Curl (Sheryl) and Gary Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Cherilynn (Johnson); his children, David Lattig (April), Darrin Walters (Katie) and Nichole Piekarski (Matt); his grandchildren, DJ, Asher Lattig, Dakota (Jayden), Kassidy, Kayla Walters, Carlee, Sophia and Mitch Piekarski; his great grandchild Elena Walters; his siblings, Sheryl Curl, Glenda Kiser (Keith), Lynette Fisher, Mike Walters (Laurie) and Doug Walters (Roberta); his brother-in-law Dave Hollar; his aunt Anne Muggli (Bob); and his uncle Dan Schaal (Sharon). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
