She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph Garvey and Laura Emmaline Garvey (Secaur); her siblings, Bill Garvey, Rev. Roderick Garvey PhD, Mary Ellen Garvey, Frances Hobbs, Bernita Cuzzetto, Mary Walker McFarland and Joan Steele; her son Tim Chase; and her sons-in-law, John L. Frank and James Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Frank, Connie Frank and Mike Chase; her daughters-in-law, Lorraine Chase and Tammy Chase; her grandchildren, Stacey Peterson (Troy), Jamiee Frank, Matthew Frank, John B. Frank (Bobbie), Jeremy Chase (Tori), Mark Frank (Nina), Molly Frank, Hilary Frank (Morgan) and Stephanie Webb (Tim); her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Jake, Avery, Shelby, Noah, Isabella, Laura, Nycole, Maddie, Aneil and Julia; and her sister Rita Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Any memorial donations may be made to The Garden at Orchard Ridge who lovingly cared for Colleen for the last 7 years of her life or to Hospice of North Idaho who cared for her and graduated her from Hospice 5 separate times before her final graduation to eternity.
