He was predeceased by: his parents, Karmen Flickinger and Mary Flickinger (Braham) of Marple Ridge. He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Harvey; his children, Terry, Tena, Tony and Tammy; his stepchildren, Kodeiy, Rachell, Brandon, Barbara and Brittany; and his wife Bernadette Lind. He is also survived by 9 children, 22 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
