He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Choules and Maxine Choules of Clifton, Idaho.; his brother Jack Bruce; and his nephews, Brian and Ricky.
He is survived by: his son Reed Choules Preston (Amy); his brother Warren Choules Clifton (Sesssilee); his sister-in-law Joann Choules Ogden; and his nieces and nephews, Teresa Robinson (Mike), Kelly Elder (Jared), Layton, Jenny Cain, Taylorsville, Devin Choules (Nicole), Wellsville, Landon Choules (Hollie), Hyrum, Jake Choules and Harrisville.
