He is survived by: his siblings, Lynette, DJ Jessop of Grace, ID and Lyle M. Charlesworth 3rd of Idaho Falls, ID.; his sons, Shayne Lee, Jesse Clayton, Seth Lee and Ezra Sage; and his grandchildren, Candon, Trinity, Isaac, Ayla, Sawyer, Jaxon and Jameson. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
