He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive parents, Grace, Dan Lewis and Inca of Denver, CO; his wife Myra; his daughters, Robyn King (George King) and Stacey Mannix (Brent Mannix); his grandchildren, Chris, Matt, Stephanie, Bryan, Ashley, Oliver and Quincy; and his friend James McFall.
