She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Urban of Winnemucca, NV and Mike Urban of Pocatello, ID; and her siblings, Tom Gottke (Gail) of Junction City, OH, Kay Wood (James) of Junction City, OH, Connie Miller (Jack) of Junction City, OH, Roger Gottke of Zanesville, OH and Donna Johnson of Lancaster, OH. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
